2006 Cabernet Sauvignon

Cabernet planted in 1988. Fruit was hand picked in mid February 2006.

Whole bunch pressed, stainless steel fermentation. Matured in French oak for 15 months.

Blackberry and dark berry fruit characters, fine tannins and good length on the palate.

Estate grown.
350 cases produced.
