2006 Tempranillo

Fermented in open fermenters for 5 days, hand plunged three times a day. basket pressed into two and three year old French barrels. 15 months oak maturation.

This wine has a perfumed floral lift with savoury, earthy tones, subtle saddle leather characters mixed with dark cherries. An awesome food wine especially tapas dishes.
