Fermentation for seven days
on skins. All parcels were kept
separate until final blending.
Matured for 15 months in new
and one year old French oak
barriques.
Deep violet colour. Dark berry
fruits with an elegant palate,
fine tannins of fruit and oak.
Estate grown.
