2006 Wrecked Shiraz

Fruit was selected from three separate blocks on the Nashwauk property, vines range from 20-40 years of age.

Fermentation for seven days on skins. All parcels were kept separate until final blending. Matured for 15 months in new and one year old French oak barriques.

Deep violet colour. Dark berry fruits with an elegant palate, fine tannins of fruit and oak.

Estate grown.
